Interior Design:
Do I have to have my whole house designed at one time?Not at all. We can help you choose furnishings for one room or an entire house.
Do you do color consulting?Yes. We have books of colors for clients to review, and we mix colors on site to achieve the perfect palette for a particular space(s). We create custom colors for both interior and/or exteior use.
Can you work with our collections?Yes. We believe homes are deeply personal and collections profoundly satisfying. Ever mindful of their significance, we integrate your collections into the overall design plan.
Construction:
Do you charge by the hour, or do you give a quote for the job as a whole?We prefer to give quotes; that way our clients know exactly how much they are spending at all times.
How long will my project take?Timing depends entirely on the scope of the project. Each one is different. We have expeditors who work with us every step of the way, to make it happen as quickly as possible.
Are you licensed and insured?Yes, we are licensed under the state of California and we are fully insured.
Staging
When I rent furnishings from you to stage my home, how long is the rental period? Is there a minimum?We have a two-month minimum.
What other services do you offer for staging a home?Restoration/installation of hardwood floors, carpeting, painting, window/mirror repair or replacement, tiling, carpentry, house cleaning, power washing and landscaping. We are a one-stop shop, creating interesting interiors and handsome exteriors with curb appeal.
Can you stage with our furniture?Yes. We can evaluate what furnishings we can use to create a cohesive, salable home and edit out the rest.
Can we live with and use your furniture?A staged home is like a theater set; it’s not lived in. Once we stage a home, it becomes a showcase for maximum sales potential. We strive to provide our clients with beautiful, top-quality furnishings in impeccable condition. That would not be possible if people used our things.
Can you help us relocate?We can refer you to quality organizers/packers/movers to ensure a comfortable and convenient relocation.
